1. Orders & Acceptance

By placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms. An order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email. Taste of Lagos reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders containing errors in pricing or description.

2. Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering. Payment is processed by Clover POS. Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders are final once payment is charged and kitchen preparation begins. If you believe there is a defect or error in your order, contact us at info@tolag.net or call +1 (615) 968-4668 within 24 hours of pickup. We will evaluate each complaint individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not issued on food orders once prepared.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Orders placed through this website are available for in-store pickup only. Our address is 11130 US Highway 41, Gibsonton, FL 33534. We are open Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed for Sunday or Monday will be contacted to arrange an alternative time.

Third-party delivery (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) is subject to those platforms' separate terms of service.

5. Lagos Rewards Program

Loyalty points have no cash value and are not transferable. Points may only be redeemed for the rewards listed on the Rewards page. Taste of Lagos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Lagos Rewards program at any time. Points do not expire while your account is active.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in Hillsborough County, Florida.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
