1. Information We Collect

When you place an order, join our rewards program, or subscribe to our email list, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and phone number
• Order history, pickup times, and special instructions
• Loyalty points balance and rewards tier
• Payment card data — processed and tokenised by Clover POS; we never store raw card numbers

We also use browser localStorage to remember your cart between visits, and sessionStorage to avoid showing the same pop-up twice in one browsing session. No tracking cookies are set.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfil your pickup order
• To send you an order confirmation email
• To manage your Lagos Rewards loyalty account
• To send marketing emails if you subscribed — you can opt out any time (see §5)
• To improve our menu and service

3. Third Parties

• Clover POS — processes all payment card transactions. Subject to Clover's privacy policy.
• Railway — hosts this website and its database in secure US-based data centres.
• Resend — delivers transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Retention

Order records are retained for 3 years for accounting purposes. Loyalty accounts remain active as long as you wish. You may request deletion by emailing us.

5. Your Rights & Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing info@tolag.net. You will still receive transactional emails (order confirmations) related to active orders.

Florida residents and California residents (CCPA) may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at the email above.

6. Security

This site uses HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) for all data in transit. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is tokenised by Clover before reaching us. We use HTTP security headers including HSTS and Content-Security-Policy.
